2. Photographs Covered

3. Grant of Permission
The Subject grants the Photographer, and those acting with its permission, the [EXCLUSIVE / NON-EXCLUSIVE], [WORLDWIDE / TERRITORY] right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute the Images, and the Subject's name and likeness in connection with them, for the following purposes: [PERMITTED USES, e.g. marketing, website, social media, print, stock licensing].

9. Governing Law
