Xodo Sign, the product formerly called eversign, has a free plan with 5 documents a month and paid seats from $10/month billed yearly ($20 monthly) on Basic, but Basic allows only 3 templates and bulk sending starts on Professional ($16/month yearly, $32 monthly). eSignSimple costs $4.99/month ($1.99/week or $39.99/year) with unlimited documents, templates, bulk send and web forms. If you need SMS, branding, PDF editing or a sandbox API, Xodo Sign is the stronger choice.
eversign was a popular, affordable e-signature tool that was acquired by Apryse and rebranded as Xodo Sign, alongside the Xodo PDF apps. The old eversign.com address still serves its pricing page, so if you searched for an eversign alternative, this is the same product.
Xodo Sign sells per-seat eSignature plans (Free, Basic, Professional, Enterprise) and separate API plans with a free sandbox. eSignSimple is a single-product web app with one paid plan today and a REST API included on every account.
