signNow Pricing 2026: Plans, Invite Limits & Real Costs

signNow (airSlate SignNow) costs $8/month for Business, $15/month for Business Premium and $30/month for Enterprise billed annually, or $20, $30 and $50 on monthly billing (checked October 14, 2026). Every plan allows unlimited users, but annual plans include only 100 signature invites per account per year and monthly plans 10 a month. Extra invites are pay-as-you-go. The Site License starts at $1.50 per invite.

signNow's prices look like the lowest in the market, and for some users they are. The headline numbers are $8, $15 and $30 a month on annual billing, and unlike most competitors the price is per account, not per seat: every plan says unlimited users at no extra fee. The monthly prices are much higher at $20, $30 and $50, which is where signNow's "save up to 60%" claim comes from.

The limit is the invite allowance. signNow's FAQ says annual Business, Business Premium and Enterprise plans include up to 100 signature invites per account per year, and monthly plans up to 10 per account per month. That allowance is shared by all your users. When you run out, the plan moves to pay-as-you-go so sending is not blocked, but the pricing page does not list the per-invite rate for that overage.

What counts as an invite matters too. One invite is one request to sign a document or document group, sent to one or many recipients. Declined and cancelled invites still count, and if you share a signing link that can be forwarded, each completed signature through it counts as a separate invite.

Features are tiered. Business Premium adds bulk send, signing links, payments, scheduled sending and shared templates. Enterprise adds branding, SMS delivery and signer authentication. Full API access and SSO only come with the Site License, which starts at $1.50 per invite. QES, a HIPAA BAA, 21 CFR Part 11 and premium integrations such as Salesforce are paid add-ons. Below is the full breakdown and a cost comparison with eSignSimple's plans; for features, see our signNow alternative page.

Where is signNow the better choice?

  • Unlimited users on every plan. If your team sends little but many people need access, one $96-a-year account is very hard to beat.
  • Payments, signing links and kiosk mode on Business Premium; conditional and formula fields, approval workflows and signer attachments on Enterprise. eSignSimple has none of these.
  • SMS delivery and SMS, phone or password signer authentication on Enterprise. We deliver by email only and have no extra signer authentication.
  • QES, a HIPAA BAA and 21 CFR Part 11 as add-ons, and listed SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance. eSignSimple makes no certification claims and offers simple electronic signatures only.
  • Native iOS and Android apps are available today; ours are coming soon.

Why do people switch to eSignSimple?

Unlimited documents instead of 100 a year

signNow's annual plans include 100 invites per account per year, about 8 a month. eSignSimple Silver has no document quota for $89.99 a year, and Bronze includes 25 documents every month for $39.99 a year.

No overage you cannot price in advance

signNow switches to pay-as-you-go after your allowance but does not publish the rate on its pricing page. eSignSimple has no overage charges; you pick a plan and know the cost.

API without a Site License

Full API access on signNow comes with the Site License, priced per invite through sales. eSignSimple includes the REST API and webhooks on Silver at $9.99/month.

Bulk send and branding cheaper

Bulk send is on Silver ($9.99/month), and branding with your logo and color on Gold ($19.99/month), which also covers up to 5 senders.

How do you switch from signNow to eSignSimple?

  1. Check your signNow invite usage for the past year and any pay-as-you-go charges on your invoices.
  2. Download your signed documents and completion certificates before the plan renews.
  3. Send one real document from eSignSimple's free plan to see the flow from the signer's side.
  4. Rebuild your templates in eSignSimple; there is no cap on any plan.
  5. Pick Bronze, Silver or Gold and cancel signNow from Admin Console > Manage Subscription before the renewal date.

Our take

signNow's pricing is cheap at the low end and murky in the middle. $8 a month for unlimited users is a real bargain for a small team that sends a handful of documents. But 100 invites a year is about 8 a month for the entire account, and once you pass it you are on a pay-as-you-go rate the pricing page does not show.

If you send regularly, eSignSimple Silver's unlimited documents for $89.99 a year is easier to budget, and it includes bulk send and the API that signNow reserves for higher tiers. If you need payments, SMS authentication or HIPAA options, signNow has them and we do not. Compare the two leaders on DocuSign vs signNow and PandaDoc vs signNow.
